Salmon Summit

Activities: Salmon Summit brings together leaders in salmon and wildlife conservation with students, the leaders of tommorrow. Salmon Summit is the grand finale for the regional "Salmon in the Classroom" program, facilitated by Benton Conservation District.  Approximately 4,000 students attend Salmon Summit and each student releases a salmon that they raised into the Columbia River. While at the park, students attend learning stations staffed by natural and cultural resource experts and volunteers.
