Discovery Stations will be on site from 10:00am-2:00pm, and BioPark volunteers will teach about the importance of protecting endangered species and everyday actions that visitors can take to help save animals, plants and their habitats. Discovery Stations will be located at the exhibits of endangered animals, such as Mexican gray wolves, sea turtles, elephants and more.
Biologists from the US Fish and Wildlife will be present at all three sites to talk about the work they do to conserve, protect and restore species and their habitats. Posters, kid’s activity books and informational handouts will also be available.
